Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 3999ba (" the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 3999ba website at https://3999ba.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of 3999ba, whether registered or unregistered, and across all device types and access methods including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any application associated with the 3999ba brand. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

3999ba is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for entertainment purposes and intended exclusively for adult players in Bangladesh. The platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, sports betting markets, fishing arcade games, and crash game titles supplied by accredited third-party game providers.

3999ba reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice to players. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the 3999ba platform after any such update constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

In the event of any inconsistency between a translated or summarised version of these Terms and the English text published on this page, the English text shall prevail. These Terms are governed by applicable law and are intended to be read in good faith by both parties.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 3999ba platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 3999ba operates a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly permit any individual under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming or betting activity.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally prohibited from entering contracts — for any reason — are not eligible to use this platform.
• Personal account use: You must be registering and using the account solely on your own behalf. Using a 3999ba account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion — whether self-imposed through 3999ba's own tools or imposed by any other gaming platform or organisation — at the time of registration or continued use.
• Not a problem gambler under active support: You must not be in a current self-exclusion program, voluntary ban, or similar arrangement that would make it inappropriate for you to access online gaming services.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of features on 3999ba — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and participation in games and betting markets — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number or email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information held on your 3999ba account. If any of your details change — including your mobile number, payment method, or residential address — you must update your account promptly. 3999ba cannot be held responsible for failed transactions, delayed withdrawals, or any other consequences arising from inaccurate account information.

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one 3999ba account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. 3999ba uses IP address monitoring, device fingerprinting, and payment method cross-referencing to detect multi-accounting and will close all associated accounts without warning.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. 3999ba will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or failed to protect your credentials.
• Suspicious activity: You must notify 3999ba immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account verification: 3999ba may require you to submit identity verification documents (such as a national identity card, passport, or utility bill) before processing withdrawal requests or at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• No transfer of accounts: 3999ba accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your account or any funds held within it to any other person.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 3999ba are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 3999ba does not apply foreign currency conversion fees. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 3999ba balance in real time upon confirmation of the transaction. Deposits made via other methods may take longer to process depending on the payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. Current limits are displayed in the 3999ba cashier section at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods during standard operating hours. Processing times for card withdrawals may be longer.
• Withdrawal to verified methods only: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that is registered in your own name and has been used to make a deposit on your 3999ba account. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• Wagering requirement before withdrawal: 3999ba requires that all deposited funds be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement applies to cash balances as well as any bonus funds (see Section 5 for bonus-specific wagering requirements).
• Account balance: Funds held in your 3999ba account balance do not accrue interest. The balance reflects your available funds for wagering and withdrawal only.
• Declined transactions: 3999ba reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

3999ba complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. As part of these obligations, we may request source-of-funds documentation for high-value transactions or where transaction patterns are inconsistent with expected player behaviour. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until the matter is resolved.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

3999ba offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms at the time of opt-in.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotional bonus once only. Claiming a bonus under multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• Game contribution rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. The exact contribution rates are published with each promotion.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses and associated free spins have an expiry period. Bonus funds and winnings not wagered within the stated period will be forfeited without compensation. Expiry periods are clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Placing bets that exceed this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
• No cash value until wagering is complete: Bonus funds have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Until that point, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Abuse and fraud: 3999ba reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where abuse, collusion, use of betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of fraudulent activity is detected.
• Promotion changes: 3999ba may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the promotions page and will not affect bonuses already validly claimed prior to the change.

Section 6

Game Rules & Fair Play

The games available on 3999ba are supplied by accredited third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. Each game operates according to its own rules as defined by its respective provider. Individual game rules are accessible from within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

• RNG certification: All slot, table, and virtual games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are tested and certified by the game provider. 3999ba does not interfere with or modify game mechanics or outcomes in any way.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer games streamed via Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed within the live game interface. In the event of a stream disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the provider's published disconnection policy.
• Sports betting: Sports betting markets — including all cricket markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). Settlement timelines and void-bet policies are published in the sportsbook rules section.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or game integrity issue, 3999ba reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable technical error may be withheld.
• Prohibited conduct: The use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. 3999ba uses fraud detection systems to identify and act against such behaviour, including account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit side-bet agreements, or deceive 3999ba in any way is prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

3999ba reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

• Grounds for immediate closure: Providing false identity information at registration; operating multiple accounts; using fraudulent payment methods; engaging in money laundering or bonus abuse; using prohibited software or cheating tools; being under 18 years of age.
• Funds upon closure for breach: Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 3999ba reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, including any deposits and winnings, where such funds are reasonably considered to have been generated through the breach itself.
• Voluntary closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements and transaction reviews are completed.
• Self-exclusion closure: Players who activate a self-exclusion through 3999ba's responsible gaming tools will have their account access suspended for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the end of the selected period. See the Responsible Gaming page for full details.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. 3999ba will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before any dormancy policy is applied. Details of the dormancy policy are available from the support team.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3999ba, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the 3999ba platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming session progress, or loss of goodwill.

3999ba provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free of technical errors, downtime, or interruptions caused by factors outside our direct control — including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, force majeure events, or third-party game provider outages.

• Third-party game providers: 3999ba is not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party game providers whose content is integrated into the platform. Any disputes regarding game outcomes in titles provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, or any other provider must be raised directly with 3999ba support, who will liaise with the provider on your behalf.
• Player's own decisions: Wagering decisions are made at your sole discretion. 3999ba does not advise you on whether to place any particular bet, and we accept no liability for the outcome of any wagering decision you make.
• Maximum liability cap: Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, 3999ba's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Governing law: These Terms and any dispute arising under them shall be subject to applicable law. 3999ba is committed to resolving player disputes promptly and fairly through its internal complaints process. Contact [email protected] to initiate a formal complaint.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and 3999ba with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 3999ba to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
